Grand Col Les Arcs :
Starting attitude : 2935m
Final Altitude : 1200M
This is a legendary itinerary of Les Arcs, located between the Aiguille Rouge and the famous Turia North face. It is accessible after a 20 minutes walk from the top of the chairlift. At the summit of the pass there is an old chalet, which is a perfect place to have a snack before the descent. The run begins with a 150 meters long and steep corridor (35 to 40 degrees of inclination) that is impressive, and then it turns into a hillier part toward the Turia refuge. North East and North West exposure all along this traverse often offer cold and powder snow when it’s kept untouched by the wind. Overall, do not forget to make some breaks to observe the nature around here, as it is home to mountain goats and bearded vultures.Discover our freeride offer
