Typical day

  • Early in the morning we check the weather and snow conditions then we contact you to confirm that the Heli-ski trip is on.
  • You are driven from your hotel to the helicopter base to fly off to La Rosière, in the case you have chosen the Helicopter transfer.
  • We meet you at the meeting point previously set at La Rosière or at the Helicopter drop zone if you have chose the helicopter transfer from your based ski resort.
  • A safety briefing is given covering the safety equipment (transceiver), helicopter and mountain safety. Then we start our first off-piste runs from the lifts.
  • We ski to Picollo San Bernardo Pass where the Helicopter fly us to the summit of our first Heli-skiing run. Then if you have chosen several Heli-ski run, we go up to another summit for a another great experience.
  • We finish the day at the restaurant in La Thuile (Italy) ski resort before skiing back to La Rosière.
  • If you choose the Helicopter or taxi transfer, they wait for you at La Rosière to drive you to your home resort.

Included / Not included

Included :

  • Your fully qualified instructor, certified with the State diploma of Alpine. skiing National Instructor.
  • The safety equipment (transceiver, shovel, probe).
  • One or two Heli-skiing run.
  • The Italian tax of 10 €/day/person related to the heli-skiing activity.
  • San Bernardo ski area lift ticket if planned previously in the organization.
  • The rental of an avalanche Airbag (mandatory).

Not included :

  • Transportation between your hotel and the Helicopter base of your home resort if you choose the Helicopter transfer.
  • Helicopter or taxi transfer from your resort to La Rosière.
  • San Bernardo ski area lift ticket if not planned previously in the organization.
  • All expenses related to the restaurant in La Thuile.
